Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use treated wood pickets?
Yes, but only if requested. We recommend cedar but will use spruce and treated pine at customers request.
What if I want to stain and/or seal my fence. When should this be done?
Our fences are built prior to being stained, however a pre-stained picket can be obtained as a special order.
How long will I have to wait before my fence is installed?
The average wait to get your fence installed is 1 to 2 weeks. But during Peak Season it can run up to 2 to 4 weeks. In certain circumstances (pools, security, liability issues) we can offer our services faster.
Do you use cedar wood pickets?
We primarily use Cedar on our wood fences, and highly recommend Cedar as it has a longer life expectancy than other types of wood. Cedar is also more resistant to moisture damage and wood destroying insects.
Who locates property lines and Utilities? Do I need a survey?
A survey is usually not needed if we are putting the fence back on an existing fence line; however the homeowner is usually responsible for locating the property line, and requesting any untilites to be located if needed.
What types of fence do you build?

We do backyard fences, picket fences, horse fences, ornamental iron fences, swimming pool safety fences, driveway gates, electrical gates, wood privacy fences, ranch fences, retaining walls, pool safety gates, security fences, sliding gates, swing gates, metal fences, ornamental fences, PVC fences, pipe and cable fences, vinyl fences, Barbed Wire fences.
